Music isn’t just something I play — it’s who I am. I grew up with rhythm in my bones, first as a drummer all through school and later marching with the University of Florida drumline (even performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade). Around the same time, I fell in love with dance — popping, performing, and being part of the Hip Hop Collective where movement and music came together in a way that just clicked.
And of course, it all started even earlier — watching my dad DJ when I was a kid. I’d tag along, mesmerized by how he could control the energy of a room with just a beat.
It wasn’t long before I was lugging around my own crates of records, learning the craft, and realizing that this was more than a hobby — it was what I was meant to do.
Now, 22 years later, I’m still using my lifelong love of rhythm and connection to play events that take me all over Gainesville and beyond. From weddings and corporate events to big-time parties and everything in between, I bring the same heartbeat to every mix — reading the crowd, matching the moment, and crafting a soundtrack that keeps people moving.
